PRODUCT INFORMATION
Design:
- there are 3 types of Bilz pilots
- adapted to the specific reference values:
1) for countersinks size 0, one-piece version with side screw clamp
2) for countersinks size 1 - 5, one-piece version with lock nut
3) for countersinks sizes 2 - 5, in two-piece version with retaining screw, guide sleeve and lock nut
Use:
The pilots guarantee accurate work of the countersinks. The specified sizes are compatible with each countersink of the appropriate reference. Thus you get a large combination variety.
Mounting:
Grease guide pin at seat d1 grease, mount into the countersink´s bore, screw nuts, adjust play and lock nuts. The pilot pin has to rotate easily when mounted. Under normal conditions the play should be 0.1 mm.
In carbide countersinks (113050), a spacer is required between guide pins and carbide cutting edge!
Delivery:
With spacer.
Ordering example: 5 pieces 113800 GZ 2/4.0
