Special surface hardening for better wear resistance. Threaded pins in shank to set the clearance angle.
R = R.H. version,
U = universal version (right and left)
Use:
Knurl forms (chipless machining). Cut-in knurling (longitudinal knurling RAA, RBL and RBR possible). Fit for all kinds of knurling patterns, profiles and inscriptions. All knurling rollers applicable. Automatic long turning lathes and small lathes (131-12R). Automatic lathes, CNC and conventional (131-20U), top edge = centre height.
Delivery:
Without knurl.
Model 131-12R: for sliding lathes
Model 131-20U: for small lathes
