- knurl carrier easy to adjust to workpiece Ø and centre height via synchronous spindle
- carbide runner pins
- special surface hardening for increased wear resistance
- no lateral pressure
- reduced strain for workpiece and machine
Use:
- knurl forming (chipless treatment)
- puncture and longitudinal knurling
- for knurling at workpiece to DIN 82: RAA, RGE 30°, RGE 45°
- usable conventional and for CNC on:
- short bed/universal lathes
- turning/milling centre
- multi-spindle machines
